Yawaragi at Hotel Okura Manila crafts an arrangement of the freshest seafood and vegetables with the Teishoku Lunch Set Menu. Delight in Teriyaki Glazed Grilled Atlantic Cod, Black Tiger Prawns, and other meat-free dishes amidst the elegant backdrop of the Japanese restaurant, starting at PHP 1,500++. Victoria Harbour Cafe puts forward a platter of clams steamed in Chinese wine with ginger and shrimp paste while the addition of patola, a tender gourd, provides a refreshing textured element. Happy 8 arranges a seafood dish with dried  abalone, dried fish maw, and dried oysters for PHP 6,188 nett. Good for 2-3 persons, the Stewed Four Treasures with Dried Abalone is complemented by flower mushrooms and perfected with fragrant shaoxing wine & Superior Stock.

Japanese-Korean restaurant Ginzadon sets hamachi into three distinct courses. For PHP 1,800 nett, the Hamachi Carpaccio portions the yellowtail fish with precision, garnished with herbs. While the Hamachi Misoshiru places sliced hamachi in a steaming bowl of rich miso soup, topped with green onions and spices for PHP 1,720 nett. The final dish, Hamachi Teppanyaki, has a perfectly seared yellowtail fish and fresh vegetables on a hot iron griddle for PHP 2,700 nett.
