Newport World Resorts Ticketing Terms and Conditions

When purchasing tickets through the Newport World Resorts (NWR) website, box office, or any authorized ticketing partner, the following terms and conditions apply:

 

1. General Policy

 

  • All sales are final. Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of event cancellation or postponement (see below).
  • Tickets are valid only for the event, date, and seat indicated.
  • Newport World Resorts are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets.

 

2. Cancelled Events

 

  • If an event is cancelled, NWR will process refunds as follows:
    • Card transactions: Refunds are issued automatically within 1–2 weeks to the same card used for purchase.
    • Cash transactions: A refund request must be filed through the NWR Customer Care Hotline, box office, or email. Processing takes about 2 weeks from approval.
    • Service fees, convenience charges, and other surcharges may be non-refundable.

 

3. Postponed or Rescheduled Events

 

  • If an event is postponed, customers may choose to:
    • Keep their ticket for the new date (tickets remain valid), OR
    • Request a refund by emailing info@fhtcentertainment.com with the following details:
  1. Event title
  2. Order number
  3. Request type (Refund or Rebook)
  • Refund processing timelines are the same as above (1–2 weeks for card transactions, 2 weeks for approved cash refunds).

 

4. Restrictions and Violations

 

  • Newport World Resorts reserves the right to:
    • Cancel tickets or orders without refund if the terms of sale are violated (e.g., exceeding ticket limits, resale of tickets, fraudulent activity).
    • Deny entry to the event for tampered, counterfeit, or invalid tickets.
    • Restrict future purchases for customers who violate ticketing policies.

 

5. Other Terms of Sale

 

  • Always review the specific terms of sale for each event, as additional conditions may apply.
  • Event lineups, performers, seating layouts, and schedules are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, government regulations, public health emergencies) may affect ticketing policies and are handled at the discretion of Newport World Resorts.
  • By purchasing a ticket, you agree to comply with the house rules of Newport World Resorts and the event organizer.
