Silogue

Pinoys have always been into the classic combination of meat or fish served with garlic fried rice (sinangag) and egg (itlog), which we have creatively named with delectable nicknames like Tapsilog, Tosilog, Longsilog, among others. These silog dishes take us back to happy childhood mornings at home where we are woken by the appetizing scents of food sizzling on the fryer.

While they used to be a breakfast staple, silog dishes have become favorites for a hearty lunch, a no-frills dinner, or the perfect answer to post-night out hunger pangs. And now, they are made available all-day by our Silogue, an all-day Pinoy comfort food restaurant serving classic silog dishes, traditional favorites, and hit merienda dishes.
