Eligibility & Requirement Kids ages 1 to 12 (with parent/guardian) Minimum spend of PHP5,000 single or accumulated receipts (October 21–25, 2026)
- Newport World Resorts’ Halloween Fanfair will be held on October 25, 2026 (Sunday), starting at 2 PM at 2F The Mall.
- Registration will be open from October 21 to 24, 2026, from 11 AM to 6 PM, and on October 25, 2026, from 11 AM to 2 PM, at the Mall Concierge on the second floor.
- The event is open to children ages 1 to 12, accompanied by a parent or legal guardian of legal age.
- To join, participants must present single or accumulated receipts totaling at least PHP5,000 from participating The Mall dining, shopping, amusement, and wellness establishments, and Newport Cinemas. Receipts must be dated October 21 to 25, 2026.
- Receipts for bill payments, bank transactions, money changers, remittances, Newport Performing Arts Theater, Casino, Epic Rewards Store, and Parking are not included.
- All presented receipts will be stamped upon registration and may be used only once.
- Upon registration, participants will receive a wristband and an event pass. The participating child must be present on the event day to join the activities and receive a loot bag of goodies.
- Newport World Resorts shall not be responsible for lost event passes. Lost event passes will not be replaced.
- Promo is not valid in conjunction with any other ongoing promos of Newport World Resorts.
- Employees of Newport World Resorts (TIHGI), its affiliates, mall tenants employees, agencies, hotel partners are not eligible to participate.
- Participation in this event signifies agreement to its mechanics and terms.
- Senior Citizens and PWDs may avail of either the promotional discount or applicable discounts under the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
- In case of disputes, the decision of Newport World Resorts management is final, subject to DTI regulations.
- By participating, guests confirm they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the event’s mechanics and terms.
Newport World Resorts management reserves the right to disqualify participants who violate the terms.
These terms and conditions apply to all NWR promotions unless expressly modified by specific mechanics of a promotion. In case of conflict, specific terms will prevail.
