It has come to our attention that ProCap International with web address “https://www.procap.insure/” is reportedly using the brand of Newport World Resorts (“NWR”), among others, in conducting its business operations.

Please be advised that the Management of NWR has not authorized such use of its brand and it has no participation, involvement, or connection, in any way, with the business operations of ProCap International. The public is hereby notified that NWR shall not assume any liability for any loss or damage suffered by any entity or individual who may have invested in, transacted, or in any way dealt with ProCap International.
