Newport World Resorts’ Japanese-Korean restaurant Ginzadon crafts three meat-free dishes from one core ingredient: hamachi (yellowtail fish).

Japanese-Korean restaurant Ginzadon sets hamachi into three distinct courses. For PHP 1,800 nett, the Hamachi Carpaccio portions the yellowtail fish with precision, garnished with herbs. While the Hamachi Misoshiru places sliced hamachi in a steaming bowl of rich miso soup, topped with green onions and spices for PHP 1,720 nett. The final dish, Hamachi Teppanyaki, has a perfectly seared yellowtail fish and fresh vegetables on a hot iron griddle for PHP 2,700 nett.
