The space itself is a masterpiece. Its luxurious vestibule welcomes you with an elegant design highlighted by K9 crystal-festooned chandeliers and a mesmerizing mirror sculpture by Impy Pilapil, one of the most renowned female visual artists in the Philippine art scene.

Upon entering the theater, you’ll immediately be captivated by its grandiose interiors. With a seating capacity exceeding 1,700 and the widest stage among Philippine theatrical venues, the Newport Performing Arts Theater is a perfect harmony of design and function. Designed by acclaimed Hong Kong-based interior designer Joseph Sy, the theater garnered prestigious local and international awards, including the 2011 Perspective Awards Certificate of Excellence and the 2011 Asia Pacific Interior Design Silver Award. It was also honored as BroadwayWorld Philippines’ Best Theatrical Venue in 2011 and ranked among the top six contenders in the Leisure and Entertainment category of the Asia Pacific Interior Design Awards.
