HOW TO JOIN:

This promotion is open to qualified Crystal to Epic players in good standing.
Members must earn the required promo points during the earning period by playing slots and table games in all areas except Texas Hold’em (TH), ETG and Bingo.

EARNING AND REDEMPTIONS SCHEDULE:

Members will be notified through SMS once they qualify to receive the Free Play Reward.
Qualified members may proceed at any kiosk to claim their reward and will be given a choice to redeem their reward in either Slots Free Play or Chips. Vouchers will be dispensed at kiosk once member have chosen their reward.
For Slots Free Play, 10,000-100,000 worth of reward will be loaded automatically via kiosks. For 150,000 and above worth of rewards, members must surrender the printed voucher to membership counter for loading.
For Free Play Chips, member must surrender printed voucher at any cage counter to redeem chips. Members who choose Free Play Chips will be given an entitlement voucher that must be presented to the Cage Cashier within the voucher validity period to get the reward.
Members may only claim one (1) reward per redemption period.

Validity Period:
Slots Free Play will be automatically loaded to the member’s account. Slots Free Play are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issuance
Free Play chips voucher is valid for twenty-four (24) hours upon issuance. Members who choose Freeplay chips will be given an entitlement voucher that must be presented to the Cage Cashier within the voucher validity period to get the reward.
Chosen reward is final, cannot be exchanged or converted into cash or any other form of reward.
All unclaimed and unused rewards will be forfeited.
