Mechanics:
This promotion is open to qualified Crystal to Epic players in good standing.
Members must earn the required promo points during the earning period by table games in all areas except Bingo (BN) and Texas Hold’em (TH).
EARNING AND REDEMPTIONS SCHEDULE
Members will be notified through SMS once they qualify to receive the Free Play reward.
Qualified members may proceed at any kiosk to claim their reward and will be given to redeem their reward in either Free Play Chips.
Vouchers will be dispensed at kiosk once members have chosen their reward.
For Free Play Chips, members must surrender a printed voucher at any cage counter to redeem chips. Members will be given an entitlement voucher that must be presented to the Cage Cashier within the voucher validity period to get the reward.
Members may only claim one (1) reward per redemption period.
Validity Period:
Free Play chips voucher is valid for twenty-four (24) hours upon issuance.
Members who choose Freeplay chips will be given an entitlement voucher that must be presented to the Cage Cashier within the voucher validity period to get the reward.
The reward is final, cannot be exchanged or converted into cash or any other form of reward.
All unclaimed and unused rewards will be forfeited.
