How To Join:

• Open to all Epic Rewards Newport World Resorts, Winford and Casino online members in good standing throughout the promo period.

• Players must earn Promo Points at any table game via cash play  from NWR, Winford and casino online gaming except on ETG, Texas Hold’Em and Bingo.

• Table Games Rally stage:

• Promo Points earned will be calculated daily and posted on the official leaderboards.

• The top  players of each stage will be displayed on the official leaderboard in Table Gaming Areas in Newport World Resorts (NWR) & Winford Hotel & Casino (Winford).

Table Game Rally Monthly Race Results and Prize Redemption 

• The top winners of each Table Games Rally stage will be notified via SMS.

• An official list will be posted on the NWR and Winford Gaming area leaderboards.

• The list will also be shared with the BD team.

• Prizes may be claimed at Grand wing NWR Epic Rewards counter or kiosk machines within the stipulated prize redemption period.

• Winners must present their Epic Rewards card to redeem their prizes. No proxies are allowed.

• All prizes not claimed within the redemption period will be forfeited to NWR and Winford.

• NWR terms and conditions apply to prize claims.

Top Players Bonus Score (Headstart Points)

• Table Games Rally April Top 500 winners will receive 3,000 headstart points and May Top 250 winners will receive a head start of 5,000 Promo Points for The Race (June Race).

• Additional Promo Points earned during the Preliminary and Qualifying stages will apply only to the leaderboard and will not be added to the players' actual account-earned points.
   

APRIL RACE-PRELIMINARY
 

• Players must earn Promo Points from April 1, 2025; 4:00AM - May 1, 2025; 3:59AM at any table games via cash play and online table gaming except ETG, Texas Hold’Em & Bingo. 

Notes on Free Play Chips

*Free Play chips will be claimed at any cage cashier. 
 

• The top 500 Table games Player will be announced on or before May 6, 2025, after the final scores have been verified by the Rating Team. 

• Players' rankings may be adjusted based on any promo points adjustments that affect the official results of the points race.
   

Prize redemption period : May 6, 2025, 3:00 PM - May 12, 2025, 11:59 PM
 

• Top 1-10 winners MUST redeem their prize at the GF Grand Wing Epic Rewards  Counter.

• Top 11 to 500 may claim their free play chips prizes at ANY Kiosks. Valid on the next day, 4am.

• Winners must present their Epic Rewards card to redeem the prizes.

• All prizes not claimed within the redemption period will be forfeited in favor of NWR and Winford.

MAY  RACE-QUALIFYING

• Players must earn Promo Points from May 1, 2025; 4:00AM - June 1, 2025; 3:59AM at any table games via cash play of NWR, Winford and online table games except ETG, Texas Hold’Em & Bingo. 

• April Top 500 players will receive a head start of 3,000 Promo Points for the Race Stage.

Prize redemption period : June 5, 2025, 3:00 PM - June 11, 2025, 11:59 PM
 

• Top 1-10 winners MUST redeem their prize at the NWR GF Grand Wing Epic Rewards Counter.

• Top 11 to 250 may claim their s free play chips prizes at ANY NWR Kiosks.

• Winners must present their Epic Rewards card to redeem the prizes. Valid on the next day, 4am.

• All prizes not claimed within the redemption period will be forfeited in favor of NWR and Winford.

JUNE RACE - THE RACE 

• Players must earn Promo Points from June 1, 2025; 4:00AM - July 1, 2025; 3:59AM (FSG Trading Date) at any table games via cash play of NWR, Winford and online table games except ETG, Texas Hold’Em & Bingo. 

• The May Race -  Top 250 players will receive a head start of 5,000 Promo Points for the Race Stage.

• The top 100 Table Games players will be announced on or before July 4, 2025, after the final scores are verified by the Rating Teams. 
   

Prize redemption period : July  4, 2025, 3:00 PM - July 10, 2025, 11:59 PM

• Top 1-10 winners MUST redeem their prize at the NWR GF Grand Wing Epic Rewards Counter.

• A winner certificate will be given for the cash prizes. Winner Certificates must be presented to the cage cashier until 4AM the following day from the date of issuance.

• Top 11 to 100 may claim their free play chips prizes at ANY NWR Kiosks. Valid on the next day, 4am.

• Winners must present their Epic Rewards card to redeem the prizes.

• All prizes not claimed within the redemption period will be forfeited in favor of NWR and Winford.
