• This promotion is open to all Epic Rewards members who are in good standing.

• A member must earn at least 50 promotional points by playing slots and cash play except gaming in Texas Hold’em and Bingo to earn one (1) raffle entry. No points deduction.

• Printing of raffle entries is at the following areas:

  • G/F Membership Counter Garden Wing and Grand Wing

  • 2/F Grand Club Grand Wing

  • G/F Grand Slots Club, Grand Wing

  • 3/F Newport Club

• Each member is entitled to earn a maximum of 100 raffle entries only per day.

• Printing of raffle entries is accumulated per cycle.

• Partial points redemption of raffle entries is not allowed.

• Cut off for swiping and printing of raffle entries is at 5PM every raffle draw date.

• Disposal of raffle entries will be after every Saturday Draw.

• Members may win multiple times per day but only once per draw time slot.

• All confirmed winners (Mystery Game Participants) from the 8PM Friday draw shall still be eligible to win in the 6PM & 7PM draws of the following Saturday draw.
   

RAFFLE DRAW PROCEDURE AND RULES:
 

• All Raffle vouchers are barcoded and must bear a unique number as reference for verification. 

• Newport World Resorts Executive to draw raffle entries from the tambiolo.

• Once a raffle entry is drawn, the Executive shall scan the drawn entry, and the host to announce the winner’s name and membership card number.

• The host may still announce the winner’s name that can be read from the drawn voucher in case of any technical system error. 

• Drawn winners must be physically present at the raffle draw venue and report to the registration counter located at GF Grand Wing within 15 minutes upon announcement. Strictly no proxies are allowed. 

• If the drawn winner is not present, he/she is entitled to a consolation prize worth 2,000 Free Play credits/chips which must be claimed before the next raffle draw time, or else it will be forfeited.

• For the two (2) winners from Friday's 8pm raffle draw, they will come back on Saturday to participate in a mystery game.

• The number of winners to be picked for the 8PM Mystery Game Draw on Saturday may vary depending on the number of no show winner(s) from the 8PM Friday draw.  

• One (1) redraw will be conducted in case only one (1 ) participant is present to play the mystery game.

• Members must keep their contact information current by updating their mobile number at any Membership Counter.

• Members may be contacted via their mobile phones and located via the casino system to verify their presence at Newport World Resorts.

Mystery Game Procedure:
 

• All registered qualifiers must be physically present at the raffle draw venue to start the mystery game. No proxy allowed but subject to exceptional approval by the Chief Gaming Operations & Marketing Officer.

• Non-participation of registered winners for the mystery game will result in removal of the lowest prize amount and automatic forfeiture of the prize.

• Mystery Game will proceed with at least 2 participants.

• In case only 1 participant showed up despite the re-draw, there will be no mystery game and the lone winner will automatically get the highest prize. The rest of the prizes will be forfeited in favor of Newport World Resorts.

• Confirmed participants will have a chance to switch the positioning of the mystery boxes once or leave it as it is.

• Qualifiers will be called one by one and will be asked to pick an envelope from the drop box which contains a number. The last participant automatically gets the last envelope.

• Qualifiers must reveal their number to the audience and their picked number will be their mystery box assignment.

• Once participants get their assigned mystery box they must stand behind it and wait until everyone is settled.

• Participants must simultaneously open their mystery boxes and reveal their winning prize.
