• Limited to 1 voucher per member per day. Maximum of 5 vouchers per member per month.

• In the event that there is a card movement (upgrade/downgrade), members may redeem up to a maximum of 10 vouchers in a month.

 Hotel Booking:

• Vouchers are limited and redemption is on a first come, first served policy. Rooms are subject to availability. 
• Book and buy policy applies. Bookings are non-cancellable and non-rebookable.
• Vouchers and room accommodations are for members’ use only and are non-transferrable, not for sale, not convertible to cash.
• Members may only use one (1) membership card for this promotion.
• Validity of the voucher is 7 days from the date of redemption. 
• Members may reserve rooms over a 30 day period provided that the voucher is booked 7 days from the date and time of the voucher printed.
• Vouchers are for single use only. Multiple bookings for one (1) night are strictly prohibited.
• Rooms for 2 nights stay must be used strictly for CONSECUTIVE nights. 
• Stay dates are strictly within 30 days from the date and time of the voucher printed. Members must ensure that chosen stay dates do not overlap.
• Lost, tampered, damaged, or stolen vouchers will not be honored, replaced or reprinted.
• Holiday Inn Express Manila Newport booking terms and conditions, policies, rules and regulations apply.
• Members must present and surrender a Holiday Inn Express voucher together with a NWR epic rewards card at the hotel front desk prior/upon booking or check-in. Booking of rooms will be subject to the terms and conditions/ rules and regulations of the Hotel.
• If the desired date of check in is unavailable, members must choose another stay date which is still covered by the validity of the voucher and is the designated DAY/s indicated. 
• Members must personally book vouchers, reservations via email or phone will not be entertained.
• Deposits may be required upon booking. 
• The Management reserves the right to deduct gaming points from the member, without need of notice, in case of loss, damage or pilferage of any item in the hotel room.
• This promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other promotions of NWR.
