  • Redemption of reward is on the next day after earning day (FSG Trading Date) at 2PM.
  • Entitled members will be allowed to claim both Slots Free Play AND Free Play Chips if they are able to satisfy both earning criterias.
  • All rewards/entitlements can be claimed within 4 days from date of issuance.
  • Members will be notified through SMS once they qualify to receive their Free Play rewards.
  • Redemption Procedure:     
    -For Slots Free Play, member may claim their rewards at any kiosk within the redemption period. Slots Free Play will be automatically loaded to the member’s account upon redemption at slots machine. Slots Free Play are valid for thrity (30) days from the date of issuance.     
    -For Free Play Chips, member may proceed at any kiosk to print their redemption voucher. This voucher must be surrendered at any cage counter to redeem chips. Free Play Chips voucher is valid for seven (7) days upon issuance. Free Play Chips voucher must be presented to the Cage Cashier within the voucher validity period to get the reward.
  • All unclaimed and unused rewards will be forfeited.
