• The deadline for conversion is September 16, 2024, by 11:59 PM. Top converter will be determined on September 26, 2024, 11:00AM, in the presence of a DTI representative.
   

• 100% bonus AirAsia Points will be awarded to AirAsia members that converted the points through AirAsia Rewards channels:
   

○ XChange (Epic Rewards)
 

○ API Instant Conversion (UB Rewards)
 

○ Manual Conversion (SB, BPI, RCBC Rewards)
 

• Top converter (only 1 winner overall) will win 2 round trip flights from the Philippines to Nairobi, Kenya. The flights are inclusive of 7kg carry-on luggage. The prize will be valid for 1 year upon receipt of travel voucher. The prize will NOT include other entry requirements to Kenya, including, but not limited to, visas, taxes, travel related documents, medical requirements, and other travel related expenses.
   

• In case of a tie for most points converted, the Qualified Participant who reached the most points converted FIRST will be declared the winner.
   

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
 

● The Promo is open to all valid and existing AirAsia members who meet ALL the requirements listed:

○ Residing in the Philippines before and during the Promo Period.

○ Converted AirAsia Points in accordance with the terms and conditions herein during the promo period.
 

● All employees of Biglife Philippines Inc, and their partners and affiliates including their

relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this campaign.
 

● The Qualified Participant can avail a maximum of 10,000 BONUS AirAsia Points. Bonus AirAsia Points are counted from the regular AirAsia Points converted, in addition to the actual AirAsia Points earned pursuant to the standard rate listed on AirAsia MOVE app.
 

● The Qualified Participants are allowed to make multiple transactions during the Campaign Period, to be entitled to earn the bonus AirAsia Points.
 

● Bonus AirAsia Points converted pursuant to this Campaign will be credited into the eligible Participants’ respective AirAsia member account within forty five (45) working days (or any other period as the Organiser deems appropriate) after end of the Campaign Period, subject  to the Organiser receiving all information as deemed necessary. This is subject to the  exclusion of invalid, canceled or exchanged conversion, where no AirAsia Points will be awarded to Participants pursuant to this Campaign. The bonus AirAsia Points converted through this campaign have the standard validity period 6 months upon awarding.
 

PRIZE
 

• The prize is transferable, but not convertible to cash. Tax (including 20% withholding tax) and other expenses that will be incurred in relation to the prize shall be shouldered by the winner.
   

• The winner shall be notified via registered mail, email, SMS, and will be posted on AirAsia Rewards’ Facebook page. The winner can claim the prize through email exchange, but he/she will need to present 2 valid government IDs for verification purposes, also via email exchange. 
   

• Prizes should be claimed within sixty (60) days from the receipt of registered notice or it will be forfeited in favor of Biglife Philippines Inc. with prior approval of DTI.
   

MISCELLANEOUS
 

•  AirAsia Points are not reversible, exchangeable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. Usage of AirAsia Points is subject to the AirAsia membership terms and conditions which can be found at www.AirAsia.com/rewards.
   

• The Organiser further reserves the right to use any personal data of Participants in accordance with their respective Privacy Policy for any purpose related to this Campaign and the Participants are deemed to consent to such use with no monetary payment.
   

• Participants may be contacted, at any time deemed appropriate by the Organiser, via email or any other mode of communication deemed appropriate by the Organiser.
   

• All taxes, rates, government fees or any other charges that may be levied against the Participants under applicable laws, if any, in relation to this Campaign, shall be solely borne by the Participants.
   

• The Terms and Conditions of AirAsia rewards’ partners shall also apply. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Philippines.

To convert your Epic Rewards Points to airasia points, just follow these easy steps:

1) Open the AirAsia MOVE app

2) Go to the “Xchange” icon.

3) Link your Epic Rewards  account by tapping the “link now” tab or simply tap “Epic

Points.” Key in your Membership ID and password.

4) Tap “Convert now”

5) The converted points will automatically reflect on your account.
